Through Resolution 11/2021, the National Labor, Productivity, and Minimum Wage Council fixed the family allowances for all workers included in the Labor Contract Regime approved by Law No. 20,744 in the Agrarian Labor Regime of the National Public Administration.
1. Designated allowances
The regulations state that the following amounts will be established as of September 1, according to the date indicated:
- As of September 1, 2021, at $31,104.00 for all monthly workers who comply with the full legal working day under Article 116 of the Labor Contract Regime approved by Law No. 20,744, except for the situations provided for in Articles 92 and 198 thereof, who shall receive it in due proportion, and $155.52 per hour for daily workers.
- As of October 1, 2021, at $32,000.00 for all monthly workers who comply with the full legal working day under Article 116 of the Labor Contract Regime approved by Law No. 20,744, except for the situations provided for in Articles 92 and 198 thereof, who shall receive it in due proportion, and $160.00 per hour for daily workers.
- As of February 1, 2022, at $33,000.00 for all monthly workers who comply with the full legal working day under Article 116 of the Labor Contract Regime approved by Law No. 20,744, except for the situations provided for in Articles 92 and 198 thereof, who shall receive it in due proportion, and $165.00 per hour for daily workers.
2. Unemployment benefit
On the other hand, concerning the increases in the minimum and maximum amounts of the unemployment benefit, these will be allocated as follows:
- $8,640 and $14,400, respectively, as of September 1, 2021.
- $8,889 and $14,815, respectively, as of October 1, 2021.
- $9,167 and $15,278, respectively, as of February 1, 2022.
