In the case of the search for comparable companies through S&P Global Market Intelligence, the aim is to obtain the most optimal set of companies that are as similar as possible to the tested Company. Likewise, the appropriate software is used to find the best version of comparables for each entity.

Consequently, these searches for comparables will provide us with support for the analysis of grouped transactions and those with segmented information, ensuring reliability and support for related-party transactions.
